A hot sauce where paprika is the flavour, not the tint.

Most paprika in a jar is there for colour. Here it is the reason the jar exists, roasted into a paste and named by the region it came from. One core recipe, one hotter variant, and nothing else on the shelf.

Two jars, one base recipe. No flavour wall.

One pepper. Done properly.

A small-batch jarred hot sauce that puts Hungarian paprika, named by region, at the front of the flavour rather than the back.

Named region

The paprika is traced to a defined growing region and named on the label.

Short ingredient list

Eight items or fewer. No gums, no artificial colours, no filler.

Warm, not sharp

Mild-medium lands at 1,500 to 2,500 Scoville. Heat that builds without biting.

Dated by batch

Each jar carries its batch date and the pH reading recorded for that batch.

Our story

Why one pepper

Paprika Row started from a narrow frustration: paprika shows up in hot sauce as a colour note and little else. We build the recipe the other way round, roasting the pepper into a paste that carries the jar. The line is deliberately short, one core recipe and one hotter variant, because a single pepper done properly is harder and better than a shelf of variations. Batches stay small, and each jar is dated so you know what you are holding.

Paprika Row makes one thing well: a jarred hot sauce where a single named Hungarian paprika leads the recipe, with a short ingredient list and a date on every batch. We sell direct, in single 250ml jars at $12 and three-jar packs, so the pepper and the batch are always traceable. Two recipes, mild-medium and hotter, and no shelf of sixteen flavours to dilute the point.

Questions

Anything else? Join the list and ask us directly.

How hot is it?

The mild-medium targets 1,500 to 2,500 Scoville, warm rather than sharp. The hotter variant sits above it on the same paprika base.

What is in the jar?

Roasted Hungarian paprika paste at 22 to 28 percent by weight, vinegar, water, and a short list of supporting ingredients. Eight items or fewer, no gums and no artificial colours.

How long does it keep?

Every batch is acidified to pH 4.0 or below and the reading is recorded. Shelf life for the first production run is confirmed on the label; check the date on your jar.

How much does it cost?

$12 per 250ml jar. Three-jar pack pricing is set with the first drop and shown before you buy.

Where do you ship?

Direct online orders only in the first ninety days, no wholesale. Shipping regions, rates and delivery times are confirmed on the waitlist before the first drop opens.

Which paprika do you use?
