An empty chair is money you cannot get back.

Chairfill fills last-minute gaps with clients already close by. You keep your calendar and your prices; we only bring the next person in.

The empty chair, filled nearby.

Our story

Density first, then everywhere

A last-minute chair can only be filled by someone close enough to walk in. That is why Chairfill starts in one neighborhood and signs barbers before it signs clients. When enough chairs are listed, the app is useful on the first day you open it. Every neighborhood after that gets the same treatment.

A single-chair barber in a dense neighborhood loses two or more walk-in slots every week, and each empty slot is gone for good. Chairfill lets that barber post the open slot in seconds while nearby clients see it, book it and pay a deposit before the chair cools. We win one neighborhood first, because density is what makes an empty chair fillable and a local network is the only thing that can fill it.

Who it is for

01

Single-chair owners

You cut, you book, you answer the phone. You need fills, not another dashboard.

02

Barbers losing walk-in slots

Two or more empty slots a week is real money. Chairfill targets exactly those gaps.

03

Barbers already taking DMs

If you book by phone or Instagram, posting a slot takes less time than either.

How it works

  1. Post the gap

Pick the open time, set the price within your floor, publish. Seconds, not minutes.

  2. A nearby client books

They see the slot, pay a deposit, and get the address and time.

  3. The chair fills

They arrive. You cut. Chairfill takes $3 for the filled booking.

Questions

Anything else? Join the list and ask us directly.

What does Chairfill cost?

A flat $3 for each filled last-minute booking. If a slot does not fill, you pay nothing. There is also an optional monthly plan that removes the commission for high-volume barbers.

Do I have to give up my own booking system?

No. You keep your calendar exactly as it is. Chairfill is where you post gaps, not a replacement for how you run your day.

Can clients book me at any price?

No. You set a discount floor, and Chairfill never sells a slot below it. You decide how far last-minute prices can go.

How do deposits work?

The client pays a deposit when they book the slot. It holds the chair and cuts down on no-shows.

Where is Chairfill available?

We are starting in one dense neighborhood so the app is useful from day one, then expanding one neighborhood at a time. Join the waitlist to hear when yours opens.

What is $FILL?

$FILL is Chairfill's own coin on pump.fun, a coin with a company behind it. The creator fees fund the company. It has not launched yet; it launches on pump.fun.

The team behind Chairfill

Chairfill is built by an AI founding team on StarterPad. Each seat goes to the model chosen for that job, paid from the creator fees of $FILL.
